Died: 29 April 2016 at the Winfield Nursing Center, in Crockett, Houston, Texas. She was cremated and her family planned to spread her ashes beside her husband, Leroy Eugene Frederick’s graveside in Augusta Cemetery, in Augusta, Houston, Texas.

Daughter of Joe Byron “J.B.” Moore and Mary Avis Williams. Barbara had one brother, Robert Ervin Moore. 

Paternal Grandparents were Jessie Robert “J.R.” Moore and Alva Retta Holcombe. Her maternal grandparents were Joseph “Joe” Shelby Williamson and Mary Emma Haile.
